The Quality Manager will be responsible for:
- Maintain FDA compliance as well as HACCP and GMP programs.
- Assist in driving culture change by leading by example, upholding a positive attitude, and contributing to overall business strategy.
- Establish quality assurance specifications for finished products, in process testing and ingredients and ensure these requirements are met by production members
- Maintain Kosher and Halal certification program and manager ingredient verification process.
- Support the education and production employees in monitoring the product quality, including proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment and work areas.
The Quality Manager should have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of Quality Assurance/management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in experience equivalent in Life Science or related field
- Extensive knowledge in lab testing procedures
- Experience in the dairy industry
- Experience leading a team in a supervisor or manager role
