Quality Manager Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree, Engineering or related field
- Certified Quality Assurance Manager
- ASQ Certification preferred
- 2+ years quality management/leadership experience
- Well-versed in quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Prior leadership experience, ability to work cross-functionally with teams
- Excellent communication skills
Quality Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and continuously improve Quality at site
- Leadership for processes Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety and Product Safety / Regulatory Affairs locally
- Ensure that Quality Guidelines are followed/enforced on-site
- Ensure that daily activities are in compliance with the regulations on environment, product safety and health & safety
- IMS: Implement, maintain, adjust and develop the Integrated Management System
- Effectively communicate cross-functionally with other groups throughout the plant
