Responsibility
- Define and adjust regularly the target stock level for each Store / Market (regional / local warehouse) with expected service level
- Ensure the inventory deployment according to the demand and inventory level in coordination with the demand manager
- Monitor the availability of products; identify and report the shortages/ stocks excess risks
- Identify opportunities of product re-balancing in the distribution network
- Organize and deploy inventory re-balancing between Stores / Markets to optimize sales
- Monitor the efficiency on transfers/re-balancing
- Organize stock reverse to optimize the BOH
- Plan the stock building for event and new store opening
- Publish appropriate indicators
Requirement
- Tertiary Education in Supply Chain Management or other related discipline
- Relevant experience in Supply Chain is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Strong self-motivation and able to work under pressure
- Analytical skills and sensitive to numbers
- Excellent at Excel, knowledge in Power BI will be a valuable advantage
- Language skills: English, Cantonese & Mandarin, other language ability is an added advantage
- Occasional travel is required
