Responsibilities:
- Driving sourcing plans and supplier selections to ensure adherence to the company's strategy
- Drive early supplier involvement and identify cost drivers to influence design decision making and achieve target cost
- Responsible for executing all key purchasing processes with assigned suppliers
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers
- Collaborate closely with Quality, PD, Engineering, Planning and Customer Service, Finance departments to ensure smooth cross functional cooperation and effective team work
Requirements:
- At least 5-8 years purchasing & project management experience
- Strong skills in procurement, including business acumen & strong negotiation skills
- Strong soft skills such as leadership, communication, ability to work under pressure
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
- SAP software experience required
