Responsibilities
- Support for national and international customers with regard to all quality-related issues
- Responsible for quality planning including APQP and PPAP
- Managing, planning, implementation and documentation of internal and external audits
- Management of root cause analyzes and corrective measures in the event of complaints
- Management of activities to improve the quality of the production area
- Optimization of testing and measurement processes within production
- Responsibility of costs and budget
- Management and further development as well as technical and disciplinary management of the quality team in the production area (30-35 people)
Qualifications
- Successfully completed technical university studies or comparable training with appropriate further training
- Several years of professional experience in quality within the automotive industry
- Several years of experience in the team management
- Experience with the VDA and IATF regulations
- Knowledge of the use of common test and measurement methods
- Methodological knowledge of problem solving and statistical methods
- High level of initiative and resilience
- Strong hands-on mentality
- Power of persuasion and motivation towards internal and external interfaces
- Fluency in German and English
