Sr Business Improvement Analyst
- Demonstrate expertise in business process engineering and apply it to the analysis of current state as well as the design and development of future state by rightly engaging stakeholders and managing their expectations
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high level information into details to a general understanding
- Participate in business improvement projects by delivering project tasks and milestones efficiently and on time
- Identify opportunities and develop initiatives to support efficiency improvement
- Effectively lead change through collaboration with team members to drive adoption
- Establish measures to govern process compliance and report to management for review
- Assess the processes and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency to realise benefits
- Provide coaching to members within the team and support the resolution of issues
