Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operational and planning activities
- Oversee Distribution Requirements Planning for SEA markets
- Focus on cold chain management and transportation of products
- Establish and maintain internal/external networks to advance priorities
- Apply continuous improvement principles to design, implement and sustain distribution solutions
- Lead cross-functional implementation, ensure compliant supply and meet KPIs
- Develop short/mid/long-term supply and capacity plans
- Perform regular performance reviews with supply chain partners
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent in supply chain, logistics, change management or industrial engineering
- Logistics industry experience in supplier management role
- Expertise in supply chain, planning, cold chain and warehousing
- Solid project management experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills
- Solid excellent communication abilities
- Occasional business travel required
