A Supply Chain Manager opportunity is currently available in the Greater Tallahassee area within the Aerospace industry. If you have experience in a Supply Chain Management role within the aerospace or heavy manufacturing industries, this opportunity could be for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, organize, and oversee all activities involved in the identification, acquisition, and distribution of the company's materials and goods
- Procure / negotiate for items such as raw materials, CAPEX, and MRO
- Hire, train, and lead a team
- Work and collaborate with other departments for New Product Introduction
- Assess and complete supplier evaluations
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
- Experience in the Aerospace, Automotive, or other Heavy Manufacturing industries
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial position is required
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP Systems
