• Drive OTC processes performance by defining targets, identifying gaps/deviation in achieving regional sales targets and executing timely correction / mitigation measures
• Providing guidance and 'know-how' expertise on supply chain operation by regionally leading and managing the customer service team offering order management, sales value added task and planning collaboration per the business unit customer service model
• Propose enhanced/optimized business models by reviewing existing business models, correcting /mitigating deviations and ensuring alignment of business strategy and service
• Advice supply chain managers of order management best practices, monitor order processing and working together with Business Management in Asia Pacific
• Drives customer relationship management with aim to retain existing customers, uphold excellent customer service levels and to meet regional sales targets
• Establish customer network via regular customer touchpoints and collection of information related to demand management
• Facilitate change management process internally and at customer end by following up for all action items, monitor improvement outcomes and information sharing with customer
