About the Client:
As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficient production, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various supply chain projects to enhance our manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and drive performance improvements with a particular focus on Customer Care responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance the effectiveness of our Customer Care procedures to provide improved service to our customers, all the while optimizing expenses, streamlining operations, and promoting sustainability across functions such as order generation, order confirmation, delivery coordination, invoicing, as well as handling returns and dispute resolutions.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels while meeting customer demands.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with demand planning, production, and procurement teams to align supply chain activities.
- Analyze and optimize supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve supply chain performance.
- Continuously assess market trends and adjust supply strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Take charge of Customer Care communities and guide them in adopting best practices, striving for top-notch performance and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Project Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead by example.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- SAP experience
