Job Description:
As our new Electrical Technician/Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to manage and lead all aspects of commissioning within the company's railway projects. You'll work closely alongside project managers and engineers from across different teams ensuring that power equipment such as transformers, switchgear are commissioned safely and efficiently on site while adhering strictly to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee overall testing & inspection activities during system integration
* Provide technical support throughout entire lifecycle including design reviews,
installation oversight through final turnover
* Supervise team members involved in test procedures preparation
Qualifications Required:
To qualify for this role it's necessary that candidates must have at least completed their vocational training program as well hold additional qualifications below;
Skills needed include but not limited to;
1. Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with strong analytical thinking abilities essential when diagnosing faults/issues which may arise unexpectedly.
2. Experience working effectively within multidisciplinary engineering environments involving several stakeholders both internally externally e.g., contractors/vendors etcetera would be advantageous!
3.Strong verbal communication ability required since inter-departmental interactions occur regularly between departments requiring fluency English; German language skill preferable too though.
