DSJ Global is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Supply Planner to join one of our esteemed clients, a leading manufacturing company located in Belgium.

You will be responsible:
- Acting as Bridge between the commercial teams (demand planning) and the supply teams
- In collaborations with sales, marketing, finance and the supply planning department, creation and improvement of the demand plan both for the operational as the tactical horizon
- Monitor, analyze, understand and challenge the quality of the enrichments provided by the commercial teams (assumptions, deltas, consumption, trends, issues, gaps, risks, opportunities) and issue advice at request or at own initiative based on own expertise
- Manage any activities related to the constraining and allocation process and ensure the match of demand & supply and manage the weekly and monthly demand review process as part of the S&OP cycle
- Monitor and take initiatives to improve the KPI indicators: Forecast accuracy, forecast bias, service level and waste
- Execute flawless analysis and set up/provide adequate reporting when necessary
- Provide insights at request or at own initiative regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by means of periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses
Your requirements:
- Excellent analytical skills and results driven mindset
- Master degree and/or Bachelor degree with relevant working experience
- Knowledge and experience with forecasting and/or supply chain/logistics preferably in an FMCG/Food environment
- Knowledge of ERP-systems (OMP or SAP APO), Power-BI and Excel (advanced).
- Excellent Communication and Influencing skills
- Fluent in English proficiency in Dutch is desirable
