We're currently seeking a Calibration Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of measurement tools and inspection equipment, directly contributing to product quality and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform calibration of dimensional gauges and inspection equipment both on-site and in laboratory settings

  • Review and validate external calibration certifications for accuracy and compliance

  • Develop and maintain calibration procedures, inspection records, and certificates

  • Interpret GD&T on engineering drawings to determine inspection criteria

  • Follow established quality management system processes and documentation standards

  • Participate in both internal and external specialized training opportunities


Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Applied Science or equivalent experience (e.g., military metrology or calibration training)

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a calibration laboratory setting

  • In-depth understanding of calibration lab practices, statistical methods, and quality control techniques

  • Familiarity with industry standards for measuring and test equipment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing demands

  • Experience working in a high-precision manufacturing environment is a plus


Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated Hourly Range: $28.27-$42.41 (depending on experience, qualifications, and market data)

  • This position involves work subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
