What You'll Do
As Plant Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading production scheduling, inventory, and staff coordination
- Ensuring product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Driving continuous improvement in efficiency and performance
- Managing audits, sanitation, and environmental reporting
- Overseeing equipment maintenance and capital improvements
- Supervising and developing plant personnel
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Dairy, or Food Science (preferred)
- 4+ years in a leadership role in dairy or food manufacturing
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
