We're a fast-growing, vessel-expanding Asian carrier with a bold vision and a distinct culture. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Outside Sales professional to take the lead in Belgium and help us scale to new heights.


🚀 What You'll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Support and steer a young, ambitious sales team-currently growing.
  • Drive Strategy: Own and execute the national sales strategy across Belgium.
  • Act as GM: Oversee day-to-day operations of our Belgium office and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
  • Bridge Continents: Liaise with HQ in Asia and regional leadership in the Netherlands and Belgium, with a strong focus on Belgium.
  • Close Big Deals: Support direct sales efforts, especially with key accounts and vessel-related growth.
  • Champion Culture: Embody and promote our Asian business values in every interaction.

🧭 Who You Are

  • 8-10 years in international marine freight forwarding or shipping line sales.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience-ideally as an assistant to Head of Sales or Sales Manager, or directly in a leadership role as such.
  • Strong understanding of Asian business culture and values.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
