Key Responsibilities
- Analyze UPS and FedEx chargebacks to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Evaluate domestic shipping strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery speed.
- Streamline order intake and fulfillment processes to accelerate turnaround times.
- Extract and analyze ERP data to improve operational efficiency and team performance.
- Generate KPI reports to monitor employee productivity and warehouse metrics.
- Design and implement data collection and analysis strategies to support business goals.
- Identify trends and patterns in complex datasets to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain and optimize reporting systems and dashboards for leadership visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align analytics with operational needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a U.S. college or university.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Experience working with retail accounts in a distribution or logistics environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret vendor reports.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
