What You'll Do

Consumer & Market Insights

  • Dive deep into category trends and global consumer behaviors to uncover new opportunities.
  • Translate research and analytics into actionable strategies for product development.
  • Identify gaps in the market and emotional drivers that influence how people cook and connect.

Innovation & Concept Development

  • Build a forward-thinking product roadmap based on insights and market potential.
  • Collaborate with design, culinary, and engineering teams to bring fresh ideas to life.
  • Develop product stories that resonate emotionally and strengthen brand identity.

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Lead projects from concept through launch, defining positioning, features, pricing, and packaging.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and quality standards.
  • Support testing, validation, and sustainability initiatives to maintain consumer trust.

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Partner with marketing and sales to create compelling launch plans and retail storytelling.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across packaging, digital, and in-store experiences.
  • Prepare sell-in materials and training resources for internal and external stakeholders.

Portfolio Optimization

  • Monitor performance and consumer feedback to identify refresh or retirement opportunities.
  • Maintain documentation, trackers, and roadmaps for global visibility and efficiency.
  • Champion continuous improvement to achieve top-tier consumer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in product management, innovation, or consumer marketing (CPG or durable goods preferred).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a creative edge.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, both written and visual.
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional and global projects with confidence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools; familiarity with AI-assisted platforms is a plus.
