Your Mission
You will lead the identification, evaluation, and launch of new business opportunities in the food tech space. This includes alternative proteins, cellular agriculture, and precision fermentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess new market opportunities in food innovation.
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech providers.
- Lead feasibility studies, pilot projects, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and production teams to bring new products to market.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Your Profile
- Degree in Food Science, Business, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, ideally in food tech or FMCG.
- Strong network in the food innovation ecosystem.
- Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
