The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle, working closely with customers across a broad range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth across Contract Logistics and Supply Chain Solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through implementation.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify customer challenges and design tailored logistics solutions.
- Lead solution-selling conversations focused on operational efficiency, distribution, and supply chain optimization.
- Collaborate with internal operations and solution design teams to develop customer-centric proposals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities across multiple industries.
- Stay informed on market trends and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
Profile
- Proven experience in Business Development within:
- Contract Logistics / 3PL
- Supply Chain Solutions
- Freight Forwarding
- Logistics Services
- Strong understanding of warehousing, distribution, and supply chain operations.
- Experience selling consultative logistics solutions rather than transactional services.
- Ability to translate customer challenges into commercially viable solutions.
- Strong hunter mentality combined with a relationship-driven approach.
- Experience working across the full sales cycle.
