Title: Territory Sales Manager, Industrial

Salary: $85K - 100K/yr + commission

Company Summary: A leading technical distributor representing top manufacturers of industrial pumps, fluid handling systems, and process equipment supporting demanding applications across chemical processing, metal finishing, life sciences, and industrial manufacturing environments.

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Drive new business development within demanding process environments including chemical processing, metal finishing, and industrial waste handling applications
  • Provide consultative, technical solutions across fluid handling and process equipment (pumps, instrumentation, filtration, etc.)
  • Manage and grow an existing book of business within industrial and municipal accounts across the territory
  • Own the full sales cycle including quoting, presentations, and closing business
  • Represent the company in the market through trade shows, conferences, and customer-facing events while ensuring strong follow-up and service

The Territory Sales Manager should have the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven technical sales experience within industrial and/or municipal markets
  • Experience selling into industrial environments such as chemical processing, metal plating/finishing, manufacturing, or similar process-heavy industries
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and advanced Excel skills, with a track record of disciplined pipeline and activity management
