Role Overview
Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Operations (Customer Service) to lead customer-facing logistics operations across the EMEA and APAC regions. This role is essential to ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional customer service operations, ensuring consistent and high-quality support across 2 regions.
- Develop and implement scalable processes for service delivery, issue resolution, and client communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Logistics, and Order Management to align operations with client expectations.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and internal policies.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing insights and proactive solutions to enhance service outcomes.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in customer service operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven leadership in managing multi-regional teams.
- Strong analytical, process optimization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and service delivery platforms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
