  • Partner closely with Revenue Management to implement pricing, segmentation, and market-mix strategies that optimize occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue.
  • Oversee the property's positioning across brand distribution and marketing channels, ensuring consistency with systemwide initiatives and campaigns.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the sales team by setting clear expectations, measurable goals, and accountability standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Ownership to ensure commercial strategies support overall hotel performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong community and market relationships, including corporate partners, travel organizations, and local business groups.
  • Prepare and present performance updates, forecasts, and demand analysis to ownership and corporate leadership.
  • Serve as a key member of the Executive Committee, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of progressive hotel sales experience, including at least three years in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Proven success in full-service hotel environments with experience across group, transient, and catering segments.
  • Experience working within brand-driven operating standards and performance structures.
  • Proficiency with industry sales, CRM, and revenue management platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams while remaining highly engaged in direct selling.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with comfort engaging senior leadership and ownership groups.
