We're looking for an experienced EHS Manager to lead site-wide safety and environmental programs, drive compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role with visibility across operations, engineering, and leadership teams.
What You'll Do:
- Lead strategic EHS initiatives aligned with world-class manufacturing principles.
- Coach and train teams on safety best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee environmental reporting, audits, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop annual safety plans and budgets.
- Manage industrial hygiene, hearing conservation, and wellness programs.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing full-facility EHS programs.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).
- CSP, OSHA 30, or MSHA certifications (a plus).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
