The Director of Sales will be responsible for:
- Lead and develop inside and outside sales teams, establishing goals, KPIs, and accountability.
- Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and key account development across heavily regulated manufacturing environments.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies, while managing strategic customer relationships and supplier partnerships.
- Own business performance, including revenue, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and operating plans.
- Align warehouse and distribution operations with commercial priorities while driving process and system improvements.
- Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and teamwork.
The Director of Sales should have the following qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of sales leadership experience, including managing outside sales teams.
- Experience selling technical solutions into regulated manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong business acumen with responsibility for forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing commercial teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
