Key Responsibilities
- Lead global maintenance excellence programs across 130 sites.
- Drive transformation initiatives and align maintenance strategies regionally and globally.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff.

- Manage governance, communication strategies, and road map development for maintenance operations.
