Global S&OP Manager
We are currently partnered with a global leader in the consumer goods sector - as they look to appoint a Global S&OP Manager to join their growing team in Innsbruck, Austria. This is a newly created, high-impact role, reporting directly to the Head of Global Supply Chain, with visibility across executive leadership.

The Role:
As Global S&OP Manager, you will take ownership of the company's global Sales & Operations Planning process - driving alignment between demand, supply, and financial planning. You'll work cross-functionally across regions and business units, acting as the key link between commercial, operations, and finance teams to ensure an integrated planning approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the global S&OP process, ensuring monthly cycles are executed with structure, discipline, and stakeholder engagement.
Facilitate consensus planning sessions and drive alignment on demand forecasts, supply constraints, and inventory strategies.
Partner closely with regional planning teams to consolidate and challenge inputs and ensure a global view.
Develop executive-level reporting and performance dashboards to support decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement in S&OP maturity, systems, and data quality.
Support change management and the implementation of advanced planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP or equivalent).
Represent Supply Chain in key commercial and financial planning forums.
Your Profile:
7+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain roles, with a focus on S&OP / IBP.
Proven experience in a global or regional planning role within FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods.
Strong understanding of supply chain planning principles, demand forecasting, and supply balancing.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - confident in influencing at senior levels.
Experience working with SAP (IBP, APO) or similar planning systems.
Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage but not essential.
