As part of their continued growth and transformation, they are seeking a highly skilled Global S&OP Manager to join their team in Austria.
Role Overview:
The Global S&OP Manager will be responsible for leading and optimising the global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across multiple regions and business units. This strategic role will ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial planning, driving operational excellence and supporting the company's long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the global S&OP process, ensuring cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
- Develop and implement standardised S&OP frameworks, tools, and KPIs across regions.
- Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings, driving consensus on demand forecasts, supply plans, and inventory strategies.
- Collaborate with regional teams to identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory optimisation.
- Provide strategic insights and scenario planning to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure integration of S&OP with financial planning and budgeting processes.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in S&OP, supply chain planning, or related roles within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of leading global or regional S&OP processes in a complex, matrix organisation.
- Strong analytic, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in S&OP tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis).
- Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to or be based in Tyrol, Austria.
