Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead both electrical and mechanical maintenance activities at their plant undergoing exciting transformations. This position reports directly to the Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and enhance maintenance operations, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reliability
  • Manage and develop teams across mechanical and electrical disciplines
  • Oversee budgeting and cost control for maintenance projects and repairs
  • Drive continuous improvement of maintenance systems and processes
  • Ensure compliance with annual budget targets and operational standards
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance, installations, and repair work
  • Monitor and improve production and quality performance indicators
  • Align maintenance activities with site-wide and departmental objectives
  • Lead internal and external projects, ensuring cross-functional collaboration

Your Profile

  • A collaborative and proactive leader with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a high level of commitment
  • Strategic thinker with a structured, solution-oriented working style
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in maintenance, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Skilled in facilitation and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficient in MS Office and maintenance management software
  • Experience in project management
  • Fluent in German, with good English skills
