Head Supply & Demand Planning (APAC)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply and demand planning across APAC, driving strategic alignment between commercial, manufacturing, and logistics functions. Ensure accurate forecasting, inventory optimization, and seamless S&OP execution to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Own regional demand planning and forecasting processes across multiple markets.
- Drive consensus planning and lead S&OP cycles with cross-functional teams.
- Optimize inventory levels and safety stock settings based on demand variability.
- Lead new product planning and lifecycle management in coordination with commercial teams.
- Enhance planning capabilities through advanced analytics and digital tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define and quantify assumptions (Price, Place, Promotion, Product, External). Manage product lifecycle and new product integration via S&OP and RvsCC processe
- Work with Business Analysts, Marketing, and Cluster Supply Planning to prepare MOR & S&OP decks. Partner with Supply Chain teams to optimize safety stock and reduce cost impacts from forecast bias.
Qualifications:
- 10-15+ years in supply chain, demand planning, or commercial operations, with regional leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of automotive supply chain dynamics and planning systems (e.g., o9, Kinaxis, IBP).
- Proven ability to lead in matrixed environments and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience with data-driven forecasting and machine learning-based planning tools.
- Strong background in forecasting, planning, and cross-functional leadership.
- Experience in matrix organizations and deep knowledge of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Commercial functions.
- Skilled in project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
