HR & Accounting Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance.
  • Support recruitment activities such as job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.

Accounting Support:

  • Support Finance and Accounting Team on day-to-day accounting operations on AP, AR, expense claims and etc.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
  • Support the preparation of annual audits and statutory filings.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in HR or any disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR and/or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment law and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English as well as Chinese
  • Only local citizens in Hong Kong will be considered
