About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving people strategies that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Conflict Resolution: Address employee concerns, mediate workplace conflicts, and promote a respectful and inclusive environment through effective communication.
Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and enhance overall performance.
Talent Lifecycle Support: Lead onboarding processes, support career development initiatives, and work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective recruitment.
Organizational Change Support: Guide employees and leaders through organizational transitions, offering support and clarity during change initiatives.
Policy Management & Legal Compliance: Develop, update, and ensure adherence to company policies and relevant employment laws and regulations.
Leadership Coaching & HR Advisory: Provide expert HR guidance to department leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities and team effectiveness.
HR Program Execution: Partner with HR colleagues to implement strategic initiatives and continuously improve HR processes.
Performance Metrics & KPIs: Monitor HR performance indicators, collaborate on goal setting, and develop action plans to meet targets.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB): Promote inclusive hiring practices and foster a culture of belonging aligned with our company standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (required)
Master's degree in HR or equivalent (preferred)
HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or similar (preferred)
5+ years of experience across multiple HR functions (required)
2+ years of experience in employee relations (preferred)
- Strong emphasis on employee growth and strategy
1+ year of experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms (preferred)
