Key Account Manager - Contract Logistics
As a Key Account Manager, you will manage and expand contract logistics activities for our diverse customer portfolio across. You will support contract management, address deviations, and build trustful relationships. Collaboration with operations and support departments is essential, with customer satisfaction as your top priority.
What You Will Do
- Account Management: Manage and develop existing business contracts, including cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers of existing customers and suppliers to facilitate growth activities.
- Advising: Provide management with strategic advice to support and implement commercial policies responsibly.

Requirements
- Relevant HBO/University education in logistics.
- Extensive knowledge of logistics services, particularly warehousing and transport solutions.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both oral and written.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to generate interest in customer contacts.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract logistics.
