A fast‑growing international FMCG business is looking for a Key Account Manager (Retail) to strengthen its presence across the Dutch retail market. The Role
You will take ownership of a portfolio of established retail customers, ensuring strong execution, sustainable growth, and excellent customer relationships. Your focus will be on managing and developing existing accounts, working closely with internal teams to maximise visibility, distribution, and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day‑to‑day relationships with key retail partners in the Netherlands
- Creating and executing customer‑specific account plans and joint business plans
- Leading annual negotiations and commercial agreements
- Monitoring performance, identifying opportunities, and driving category growth
- Collaborating with marketing, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams to deliver customer activities
- Ensuring consistent, high‑quality execution across channels
What You Bring
- Strong experience in Key Account Management within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods
- Solid understanding of the Dutch retail landscape
- Commercially minded, with strong analytical and negotiation skills
- A relationship‑driven, proactive, and hands‑on approach
