Am Standort Hamburg wächst insbesondere der Exportbereich, weshalb zur Verstärkung des Operations‑Teams ein LCL Export Operations Specialist (m/w/d) gesucht wird.
Deine Aufgaben
- Vollständige operative Abwicklung von LCL‑Exportsendungen (End‑to‑End)
- Auftragserfassung und ‑prüfung im TMS‑/ERP‑System
- Erstellung, Prüfung und Versand von Export‑ und Verschiffungsdokumenten
(z. B. HBL, MBL‑Unterlagen, Invoice, Packing List, exportrelevante Dokumente) - Einhaltung von zoll‑, sicherheits‑ und compliance‑relevanten Vorgaben
- Kommunikation mit Agenten, Übersee‑Niederlassungen und internationalen Partnern
- Reklamations‑ und Claim‑Handling im operativen Kontext
- Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung operativer LCL‑Exportprozesse
