Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 per year

A growing industrial manufacturing operation is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee day‑to‑day production, drive operational performance, and support long‑term growth. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can balance floor presence with strategic decision‑making.
The Plant Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead daily plant operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and output
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, workflow, and shift coordination
- Identify process issues and drive improvements in productivity and cost
- Coach and develop production employees and support team leaders
- Track key performance metrics and contribute to operational planning
- Support budgeting, capital planning, and cross‑functional collaboration
The Plant Manager will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (engineering, operations, manufacturing, or related field)
- Manufacturing leadership experience required
- Strong problem‑solving and continuous‑improvement mindset
- Effective communicator with a hands‑on leadership approach
