Summary:
A leading North American building solutions provider is seeking a Pricing Manager to develop and execute pricing strategies across its product and systems portfolio. This role focuses on aligning pricing with customer-perceived value, driving SKU-level differentiation, and supporting new product launches to optimize profitability and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage product and system-level pricing strategies.
* Create and maintain price reports including list prices, bundles, and discount guidance.
* Lead pricing strategy for new product launches, including margin modeling and market positioning.
* Monitor competitive pricing trends and customer insights.
* Analyze pricing performance using dashboards and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with product management, marketing, finance, and sales teams.
* Ensure pricing compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
* Train sales teams on pricing value and positioning.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required.
* 10+ years of experience in pricing or product management in B2B manufacturing (building products preferred).
* Expertise in SKU-level pricing, system pricing, and price architecture.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and pricing software systems.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
