Procurement Manager
- Strategic Sourcing:
- Develop category strategies and execute competitive sourcing initiatives across inverters, high voltage equipment, services, and more.
- Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and cost benchmarks to inform decisions.
- Manage RFQ/RFP processes and evaluate total cost of ownership.
- Procurement Operations:
- Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring alignment with budgets and schedules.
- Implement and maintain procurement policies and workflows.
- Supplier Management:
- Conduct due diligence, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
- Resolve delivery and documentation issues while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Logistics & Compliance:
- Coordinate pre-construction logistics for assigned categories.
- Ensure adherence to technical, ESG, quality, and safety standards.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain procurement trackers and KPIs.
- Provide cost analysis and market intelligence to support decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of procurement or supply chain experience in the renewable energy space.
- Knowledge of PV modules, inverters, BESS, and related equipment is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools for research and analysis is a plus.
