Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of the photonics product portfolio. In this role, you will combine deep technical understanding with strong business acumen to define product direction, engage directly with customers, and guide cross‑functional teams in bringing innovative photonics solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct end‑market and competitive analyses to inform long‑term product line architecture and identify implications for photonics device testing.
  • Monitor emerging trends, applications, and market segments to shape product strategy.
  • Define market segment strategies aligned with business objectives and provide clear priorities for product development.
  • Utilize and adapt internal productization processes to accelerate time‑to‑market for new products.
  • Lead early‑access programs for new technologies, including customer selection, execution, and feedback integration.
  • Create differentiated sales and marketing collateral and provide training for sales teams and field engineers.
  • Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships in close collaboration with the sales organization.
  • Deliver well‑defined business requirements to support and justify new product development initiatives.
  • Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and marketing briefs to drive market adoption.

Qualifications

  • BS in Engineering or related technical discipline; MBA is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in product development, product management, or product marketing.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of photonics technologies such as Silicon Photonics, Indium Phosphide, MicroLEDs, LiDAR, or related system architectures and applications.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, synthesis, and influence skills.
  • Ability to work across highly cross‑functional teams with visibility at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication skills with frequent customer engagement and presentations.
  • Willingness to travel 10-25%.
