Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop production teams, fostering engagement and reducing turnover.
- Manage daily production schedules and ensure smooth workflow.
- Promote and enforce safety standards through audits, training, and accident investigations.
- Maintain quality standards and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with plant leadership on efficiency, equipment, and safety enhancements.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Materials, Scheduling, and Logistics to minimize downtime and ensure balanced production.
- Oversee staffing, attendance, and timekeeping accuracy.
- Support hiring, disciplinary actions, and employee issue resolution.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Facilitate cross-training programs to build a flexible and skilled workforce.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to align goals and expectations.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to support long-term operational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience with proven results.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive improvements.
