The Production Supervisor - Converting will be responsible for:
- Lead daily production activities while promoting a strong safety culture.
- Ensure production, quality, and performance targets are achieved.
- Supervise, coach, and develop hourly manufacturing employees.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and shipping teams to support operations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee performance.
The Production Supervisor - Converting should have the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, corrugated, packaging, or converting environment.
- Strong background in production operations and employee leadership.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing; Six Sigma experience preferred.
- Proven problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Experience training and developing employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
