Program Manager - Semiconductor Product Development

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Program Manager to lead complex hardware product development initiatives within a semiconductor environment. This role will drive execution across engineering, product management, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams, ensuring products move successfully from concept through production release.

The ideal candidate brings strong hardware-focused program management experience, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to keep technical teams aligned, accountable, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product development programs from concept, design, prototype, qualification, and production release through sustainment.
  • Own schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, budgets, and program reporting.
  • Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and product teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Lead program reviews, status meetings, and action-item tracking.
  • Drive NPI activities and support manufacturing readiness efforts.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to maintain program timelines.
  • Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to communicate progress and program status.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
  • Proven success managing hardware product development programs from concept through production.
  • Experience within semiconductor, electronics, RF, aerospace & defense, telecommunications, robotics, or other technical hardware environments.
  • Strong understanding of NPI, product lifecycle management, manufacturing, qualification, and engineering processes.
  • Experience managing multiple programs, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • Exposure to RF, MMIC, GaN, photonics, or semiconductor technologies.
  • Aerospace & Defense industry experience.
  • PMP or similar certification.
