A global leader in advanced manufacturing is seeking a Quality Engineer to join its aerospace division. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in quality systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within aerospace or other highly regulated industries.


What You'll Do:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures.
  • Lead internal audits and support external audits (AS9100, customer, and regulatory).
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective action using structured problem-solving tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product conformity and process compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external quality-related issues.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and KPIs to drive performance improvements.
  • Support training initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across teams.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. export control regulations (ITAR/EAR).

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in manufacturing quality roles, preferably in aerospace.
  • Strong understanding of AS9100, ISO standards, and FAA quality requirements.
  • Proficiency in GD&T and common inspection tools (micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • U.S. Person status required due to export control regulations.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
  • Bonus: Eligible for quarterly cash bonus based on company performance
  • Time Off: 120 hours PTO annually + 10 paid holidays
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) plan
