Regional IsoTank Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Pricing & Strategy
- Develop and implement ILR (Trip Lease) pricing strategies.
- Source, negotiate, and manage quotations from third-party ISO Tank providers.
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to support commercial positioning.
Technical & Operational Support
- Advise on ISO Tank equipment selection, depot compliance, and emergency protocols.
- Support the creation and execution of SOPs and operational best practices.
- Monitor and manage ISO Tank stock levels and conduct regular audits.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external ISO Tank service providers.
- Provide expert guidance on technical, operational, and compliance matters.
- Build strong relationships across regional offices and external partners.
Knowledge Management
- Maintain documentation libraries including SOPs, pricing strategies, and technical resources.
- Contribute to training and development initiatives related to ISO Tank operations.
Commercial Support
- Assist in preparing customer tenders and pricing proposals.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to pricing requests, meeting agreed KPIs.
- Support commercial teams in achieving budget and strategic goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Certifications in logistics management or technical operations are a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in global ISO Tank logistics.
- At least 3-5 years in technical operations or pricing within freight forwarding or transportation.
- Deep knowledge of ISO Tank equipment, fittings, and bulk liquid transport.
- Experience with buy/sell pricing models and vendor negotiations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interpret Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and ensure regulatory compliance.
