Title: Sales Representative

Summary: A Fortune 500 manufacturer within the packaging industry, is looking to expand their sales division within the corrugated space. With an annual revenue of $2B, they are focused on delivering high-quality corrugated packaging and paper solutions. This role is responsible for fostering customer relationships and prospecting new customers to execute sales strategies.

The Sales Rep Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business and expands existing customer relationships by identifying packaging needs and offering customized solutions.
  • Work closely with customers and internal teams (e.g., design, customer service, production) to ensure product satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Executes sales plans, negotiates contracts, manages pricing, and ensures accurate sales records and forecasts.
  • Promote company products and services to meet client demands and drive revenue growth.
  • Participate in marketing efforts and provide feedback on product development based on market trends.

The Sales Rep Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, procurement, or related field
  • Experience in Capex and capital project categories
  • Minimum 5-year experience in operations, sourcing, purchasing, or related field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Extensive project management experience and ability to make solid recommendations
