As a Senior Brand Manager, you'll serve as a strategic leader and brand steward, driving growth and innovation across a portfolio of category-defining products. What You'll Do
Consumer & Market Insights
- Lead deep analysis of category trends, competitive landscapes, and global consumer behaviors to uncover strategic opportunities.
- Translate research and analytics into actionable brand strategies and product roadmaps.
- Identify unmet needs and emotional drivers that influence consumer engagement and loyalty.
Brand Strategy & Innovation
- Define and evolve brand positioning, architecture, and portfolio strategy to maximize equity and growth.
- Partner with design, culinary, and engineering teams to develop innovative concepts aligned with brand vision.
- Craft compelling brand stories that strengthen identity and drive differentiation in the marketplace.
Product & Portfolio Leadership
- Oversee the full product lifecycle-from ideation through launch-ensuring alignment with brand objectives and financial targets.
- Set strategic priorities for pricing, packaging, and positioning to optimize market performance.
- Champion sustainability and quality initiatives to reinforce consumer trust and brand integrity.
Go-to-Market Execution
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and retail partners to deliver impactful launch campaigns and omnichannel storytelling.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across packaging, digital platforms, and in-store experiences.
- Develop sell-in materials and training resources to empower internal teams and external partners.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor portfolio performance, consumer feedback, and market dynamics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Drive data-informed decisions for refreshes, extensions, or retirements to maintain category leadership.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to achieve best-in-class consumer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or innovation within CPG or durable goods.
- Proven track record of building and executing brand strategies that deliver measurable growth.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills paired with creative storytelling ability.
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional and global teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools; familiarity with AI-assisted platforms is a plus.
