Senior Director, HR Business Partner - Supply Chain & Operations
We are seeking a Senior Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic advisor to the Supply Chain & Operations leadership team. This role will drive HR strategy across multiple sites and functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of operational excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Partner with executive leaders to design and implement HR strategies that enable business growth and operational efficiency.
Organizational Development: Lead initiatives in workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development for critical supply chain and operations roles.
Change Management: Champion transformation projects, including organizational restructuring, process optimization, and cultural evolution.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Performance & Engagement: Develop programs to enhance engagement, retention, and productivity across global operations.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure organizational health.
Executive Coaching: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing decision-making and talent strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (SPHR/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
12+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HRBP role supporting supply chain or operations.
Proven success in leading HR strategy for large-scale, multi-site operations.
Strong business acumen, executive presence, and ability to influence at the highest levels.
Expertise in organizational development, change management, and talent strategy.
