The Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Manager to oversee financial operations for Hong Kong and China markets. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring financial integrity, driving performance insights, and supporting strategic growth in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts for Hong Kong and China entities.
- Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure tax compliance and optimize tax strategies across jurisdictions.
- Oversee costing and margin analysis for ODM operations.
- Implement robust internal controls and process improvements aligned with global standards.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide actionable financial insights and support commercial decisions.
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally within fashion, apparel, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and cross-border compliance.
- Proven expertise in FP&A, costing, and financial leadership roles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Excellent in English and Chinese including Mandarin Chinese
