Senior Production Planner
The Senior Production Planner will be responsible for developing and managing daily production schedules across two manufacturing facilities to meet customer demand and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop production plans that optimize line productivity, service levels, and inventory.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate production based on MRP and sales demand.
- Review and manage changes to customer orders and determine component requirements.
- Ensure availability of raw materials and equipment for production.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines in a B2B environment.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve productivity.
- Communicate production status and issues to management, sales, and logistics teams.
- Troubleshoot shop order and production reporting issues.

Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Certification in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) or equivalent experience.
- Certification in Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
- Experience with MRP and scheduling software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
