Summary:
An AI-driven startup is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to optimize and transform supply chain operations through advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the supply chain.
- Develop predictive models and optimization algorithms using AI/ML techniques.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate analytics into supply chain platforms.
- Monitor KPIs and create dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
- Support strategic initiatives such as inventory optimization, demand planning, and supplier performance.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership for data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong technical skills: Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Solid understanding of supply chain principles: procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
