Supply Chain Data Analyst

We are seeking a Project Manager with expertise in supply chain data analysis and continuous improvement to drive efficiency, optimize processes, and enhance decision-making through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain analytics, process improvement methodologies, and project management to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects focused on supply chain optimization and process enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to align strategies.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Develop and track KPIs to measure success and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Automation & Digital Transformation: Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven analytics in supply chain processes.
  • Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions and inefficiencies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in supply chain analytics, continuous improvement, and project management.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Infor SyteLine).
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.

· Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience in supply chain automation and AI-driven analytics.
  • Familiarity with global supply chain operations and logistics.
